Should This California Man Stop Trying To Play The Hero!?

The Supreme Court has decided to look at the “Stolen Valor Act” which basically makes it illegal to lie about being a war hero.  This case involves a California man who never served in the military, but claimed to have been awarded the  Medal of Honor.  The whole issue of a person wearing medals he didn’t earn started in the case of “The People versus Michael Jackson’s wardrobe”.
