Sarah Tollemache Performs Stand Up on Colbert
Thursday night, Sarah Tollemache got her giant network television debut on Colbert’s Late Show. Colbert’s show was a slow starter in the stand up department earning low rankings from us last summer, but the now the Late Show has found its footing and is putting on one great stand up after another. Sarah had a tremendous set talking about an awkward UberPOOL experience, some problems she’s having hanging out with her dad and her latest self-improvement efforts.
It was a big night in the Tollemache-List home. Both Sarah and her fiance, Joe List, both had late night sets air on the same night with List doing a set on Conan, and if their tweets about it don’t make you smile, well you just might be a mean person.
Sarah is a New York comic now, but she got her start in Houston, Texas and was quickly named Houston’s Funniest. You’ve seen her on Last comic Standing, she was named one of the Top 20 female comics to follow on Twitter by Huffpo, and last year she was named to the prestigious New Faces list at the Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal.
