Russian Bears Love to Get High

Russia has a problem with their bears getting high. The bears are becoming addicted to huffing gasoline fumes from fuel barrels that are being discarded at a Russian nature preserve. The problem could be that the Russians aren’t quite getting the concept of a nature preserve.
