Rich People Like iPhones, Poor People Like Android

androidA Pew survey found that people making more than $75,000 dollars a year are much more likely to own iPhones. Android phones dominate in every other pay bracket. Congratulations, Apple! You’re the official sponsor of the bourgeoisie.

Phones with android op system are for people who are generally less educated, republican, and have less money. iPhone is the exact opposite. IPhone is the Rolex of phones. Android phones are the Timex of phones.

Never had an iPhone, so that must mean I'm super-poor!

How am I poor when I currently own the most expensive Android phone and tablet out right now?

iPhone is the phone of the lazy and people who like to buy apps.

I remember when the rich took handfuls of iPhones out of burlap sacks stuffed full and threw them out to the poor people on the streets below! We were all equal that day.

Aren't Droids cheaper, or at least were in the beginning? The lower tier models came free with a service contract, while iPhones only recently started doing that, right? Isn't it really that simple?

lets do the math, for a long time the iPhone was not available on the countries largest carrier, Verizon. So people stuck in contracts who couldn't afford to buy their way out stayed, and got a Droid, and those with the money bought out and went to the other guy and got the iPhone. Then the iPhone came to Verizon and a lot of the "poor" stayed with what they already knew.

I stayed with the Droid, even though when my contract was up it would have been the same price to switch.

As a very wealthy person from a noble family, I have always used iPhones over those other phones meant for commoners.

@edrooneyAfter reading this article, hipsters everywhere will dump their iPhones and will instead talk over a set of Campbell soup cans connected by fishing line... while wearing top hats.

Like my mom always said- you can't feel like a winner unless someone else feels like a loser.
