Russian president and Vladamir Putin said in an interview with Russia’s channel 1 that he wouldn’t punish gays attending the winter Olympics and that “We have absolutely normal relations, and I don’t see anything out of the ordinary here.” Why he was rubbing his hands menacingly during the statement is a mystery to everyone.
