President Obama Pays Off His World Cup Bet To Belgium

President Obama had bet a couple of half-cases of American beer with the Prime Minister of Belgium on the World Cup match between the two countries during the round of 16. He paid off his bet by sending some Sam Adams to the PM. And in a lesser known side bet between them, Belgium now owns Rhode Island.
