Pope Francis Feels We’re Giving Too Much Love To Our Pets

In an interview this week, Pope Francis had this to say about how us humans treat our pets:
“Care for pets is like programmed love,” he said. “I can program the loving response of a dog or a cat, and I don’t need the experience of a human, reciprocal love.”
The Pope said this kind of trade-off is “worrisome.”
The Pope must not have much access to a computer. If he saw one Caturday post online he’d change his tune.
