Penn State Will Start Issuing Frat Report Cards

As part of its response to a 19 year old student dying following a fraternity initiation that included binge drinking, Penn State says it will start publishing fraternity and sorority report cards. The reports will be a “buyer’s guide” informing incoming students and their parents if a frat has had hazing violations, alcohol infractions and other rules broken. However, it’s really going to be that “Number of Pledges Killed” stat that’s really going to make or break an organization.
