North Korea is not thrilled with Seth Rogen’s new movie, “The Interview“. The comedy stars James Franco and co-stars and is co-written and co-directed by Seth Rogen. “The Interview” revolves around an American talk show host (Franco) and his producer (Rogen) who score an interview with North Korea’s supreme leader Kim Jong Un and then are asked by the CIA to assassinate him.

In what has to be the worst blurb any movie has ever received, North Korea’s spokesman Kim Myong-chol told The Telegraph – “There is a special irony in this storyline as it shows the desperation of the US government and American society,” he said. “A film about the assassination of a foreign leader mirrors what the US has done in Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Ukraine. And let us not forget who killed [President John F] Kennedy – Americans. In fact, President [Barack] Obama should be careful in case the US military wants to kill him as well”.

Despite the criticism, Kim Myong-chol says Kim Jong Un will probably still watch “The Interview”. Apparently he’s a big fan of Franco’s work in “Spring Breakers”.
