guardianResearchers have found that missing one night’s sleep is the equivalent to having a 0.1% alcohol in the bloodstream. That’s more than the legal limit to drive a car. So if you end up not sleeping for long amounts of time, watch out. You also run the risk of “sleep dialing” your exes saying you can’t live without them, and sleep goggles that lead to major regret the next morning.
