A new book that is written by people behind Stephen Fry’s BBC quiz show QI features 180 questions from Fry’s show and proves that everything you know is wrong. For example it turns out that the cowboy’s hat of choice was actually the Bowler and not the Stetson. It also show that the Earl of Sandwich did not invent the Sandwich, but that it dates back all the way to 1st century BC consisted of lamb, horseradish and chutney. But the most shocking fact it contains is that people who buy this book actually become MORE condescending towards others and less cool.
