NBA To Beat NFL In The Gay Race

Two weeks after Michael Sam’s announcement, the New Jersey Nets have signed a 10-day contract with Jason Collins. With this move, the NBA will become the first “Big 4” league to have an openly gay player, beating the NFL by seven months if Michael Sam does get drafted.
