Murray Gershenz (1922 – 2013)

Comedy’s favorite old guy has passed away. Murray Gershenz didn’t start acting until he was 80 years-old, but still nabbed recognizable roles in ‘I Love You Man’, ‘The Sarah Silverman Program’, ‘The Incredible Burt Wonderstone’ and his turn as a pants-dropping patient in the monster hit, ‘The Hangover’. Gershenz was 91 years old and was the subject of a 2011 doc entitled ‘Music Man Murray’ which chronicled his attempt at selling his 300,000 album record collection valued at $1.5 million.
