McNamara Surf Record Verified!

Congratulations to our friend Garrett McNamara  who broke the world record for surfing the tallest wave back in November!  It’s official now.  The AP Press reported that “a panel of big wave surfing and photography experts, who analyzed and measured the photos and videos of Garrett’s ride, determined the height of the wave.” McNamara now has the Guinness World Record for the riding the 78-footer off the coast of Nazare, Portugal on November 1.
