Kumail Nanjiani Details His Hilarious, Pantsless In-Flight Experience

Celebrities, to the average person, can sometimes seem like they’re larger than life; As if they answer to no one and don’t put up with the day-to-day struggles that we all deal with. It is for that reason that it’s always humbling (and a bit amusing) to see that celebrities are people just like us, and that just like us, they too have to occasionally deal with inconveniences and insufferable shitheads.

Case in point: Silicon Valley star Kumail Nanjiani’s ridiculous flight experience from a few days back. Some time last week, the comic/actor was on an undisclosed flight that took about five hours. As it happens, the guy sitting across the aisle from him really, really enjoys getting comfortable on long plane rides:

The passenger stripped off his jeans and spent the entire flight lounging in his boxers, his milky-white legs in the air for all to see, his dad-sock adorned feet straddling the screen in front of him as if performing a special yoga pose that’s only taught to creeps. The passenger got away with it for quite a while too, before a flight attendant finally said something to him:

Just to really prove how few fucks he gave, the passenger waited until the plane was descending, when passengers are required to remain seated with their seat belt on, to stand up and put his pants back on for everyone behind him to see. And unfortunately, this story doesn’t have a happy ending:
