Kimmel Announces All Star Comedy Line Up for Return to Brooklyn
Jimmy Kimmel Live returns to New York City for “Brooklyn Week” starting October 16 and he just announced five superstar guests- four of them are comedy stars. David Letterman, Tracy Morgan, Amy Schumer and Howard Stern will all sit down on Kimmel’s Brooklyn couch; he’ll also be hosting Billy Joel during his week back East.
It’s Kimmel’s third trip to host shows in his home-borough, at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Howard Stern has appeared on both prior Brooklyn runs. In 2015, Jimmy Kimmel also welcomed Bill Murray and Michael J. Fox. JKL‘s first trip to the Big Apple also included appearances by Tracy Morgan and David Letterman. A planned Chris Rock appearance during that trip was canceled due to Hurricane Sandy.
Jimmy Kimmel Live in Brooklyn at the Brooklyn Academy of Music kicks off on Monday, October 16 only on ABC.
