Kelly Slater Pulls Off Surfing Move Never Done Before

11 time surfing world champion Kelly Slater added even more to his legend. During a lay day, in this year’s tournament Kelly pulled off a move that no surfer has ever accomplished. The maneuver doesn’t even have an official name. The Association of Surfing Professionals has gone back and forth on if this spin move should be called a 720 or a 540. Kelly just calls it an aerial. Whatever it is, he sticks the landing.
Kelly could take home his 12th title this year and appears to be getting better as he gets older. He’s the Benjamin Button of Sports.
