Kathy Griffin isn’t fucking around when it comes to her hatred for President Trump, and she doesn’t care who she pisses off. In a photo shoot with photographer Tyler Shields, Griffin posed with a bloody decapitated Trump head, which is sure to not only attract the President’s attention, but also the attention of his supporters, the Secret Service and anyone who believes in sacred symbols.

TMZ obtained a copy of the photo prior to its official release. Since then, Griffin released the photo and a video of the shoot on her Twitter page. Griffin has a deadly serious expression in the image which includes a blood soaked over-sized likeness of Trump’s head and signature hair.

In the video, Griffin states, “Tyler and I are not afraid to do images that make noise.” Later in the video she adds, “you and me have to go to Mexico today, because we’re not going to survive this.”

A second video shows a 11 seconds of Griffin raising the head, set to somber music.

Shields has a reputation for controversial and shocking photography, and has used imagery of violence and blood in images before including a photo featuring a black man hanging a member of the KKK, photos depicting the deaths of celebrities, and one image that used blood collected from various celebs.
