A couple weeks ago, we reported that the lineup for this year’s 34th annual Just for Laughs comedy festival in Montreal had been announced. JFL released a huge list of comedians that would be making appearances at the event, providing details for many of the shows planned for the weeks-long festival, and promising that there would be more to come.

Well, that time is now. Earlier today, JFL updated the schedule for the festival with another wave of details about who will be performing where during comedy’s biggest event of the year.

Without further ado, the newly-announced shows for this year’s Just for Laughs:

Jay Pharaoh, comedian and current SNL veteran, will host JFL All Access Live, a comedy showcase which will feature a special lineup of comics performing at both 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on July 27th at Club Soda.

Nick Kroll and John Mulaney will bring their alter egos, Gil Faizon and George St. Geegland, to JFL for three performances of their stage show, OH, HELLO. The show features Faizon and Geegland sharing stories of their youth and musing on life in the way that only two questionably sane old New Yorkers can. The two also have their own prank show, called Too Much Tuna, in which the duo prank a celebrity, such as Bill Hader or Paul Feig, by presenting them with way too much tuna. The shows will take place from July 28th – 30th at 9:30 pm at Le Gesu.

Russell Peters, record-setting mega comic who needs no introduction, will be a guest on The CW’s Howie Mandel Gala, hosted by Howie Mandel, on Friday July 29th at 6:30 p.m. at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier in Place des Arts.

Scott Thompson, of Kids in the Hall, will host Homegrown Comics presented by Sirius XM on July 29th at 7 p.m. at 5e Salle in Place des Arts. This event, now in its 18th iteration, is an all-Canadian showcase of some of the best comics from around the great nation of Canada and its provinces.

Tiffany Haddish, featured in the recent Keegan-Michael Key/Jordan Peele film Keanu, will host The Nasty Girls, a showcase of some of the funniest and boldest ladies of the festival, on July 30th at 7 p.m. at the Metropolis theater.

Sebastian Maniscalco, comedian and veteran of the late night talk show comedy circuit, is back at JFL after selling out 11 shows at last year’s festival. The comic, who is fresh off the heels of filming his latest one-hour Showtime special, will host his own gala, referred to as the Sebastian Maniscalco Are You Serious ?!? Gala. The event will be held on July 29th at 9:45 p.m. at the Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier theater in the Place des Arts.

P.K. Subban, star defenceman for the Montreal Canadiens and all-around Montreal celebrity, will host the All-Star Comedy Gala on August 1st, 7 p.m. at Salle Wilfrid-Pelletier in Place des Arts. The appearance will be a first for Subban, whose charity, the P.K. Subban Foundation, will be donating all of the gala’s proceeds to the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation. The event will feature, as the name implies, an all-star lineup of comedians, though the names on that list have yet to be released.

On top of some kick-ass stand-up shows, festival attendees will also have access to the live recordings of some hilarious podcasts from Todd Barry, Jackie Kashian, and more.

Host Scott Aukerman will be joined by comedian/actor Paul F. Tompkins for a completely improvised Comedy Bang! Bang show to be recorded on July 29th.  The Todd Barry Podcast brings the veteran stand-up comic to hold a live taping  in which he interviews fellow comics and talks industry secrets, on July 28th. Comedian and self-proclaimed dork Jackie Kashian will have a live taping of her podcast The Dork Forest on July 29th. The show features Kashian interviewing comics and discussing their obsessions with any particular subject, from comedy to comic books and everything in between.  British comedian Stuart Goldsmith hosts his podcast in which he interviews fellow comics about their writing process and overall comedic methods. The Comedian’s Comedian Podcast will be taped on July 30th at 2 p.m., also at the Hyatt Regency Ovation Room. Truth and Iliza! hosted by comedian Iliza Shlesinger, flanked by friends and comedians, will hold a live taping of her podcast on July 30th.  Hosts Krystyna Hutchinson and Corinne Fisher talk about sex, and all the taboos that surround it, on July 30th with the Guys We F****d: The Anti Slut-Shaming Podcast.

The official announcement features even more information, including the roster of rookies from the New Faces of Comedy shows and which local Montreal comics can be seen Off-JFL, so be sure to give it a look here.
