Joe DeRosa’s Third Hour Special Premieres February 3

Comedy Central’s rolling out one of their first 2017 stand-up specials with “Joe DeRosa: You Let Me Down” premiering February 3rd. In the lead up to the date, CC will release preview clips from the performance. There’s no mention of Joe DeRosa’s special being filmed in 360 degrees, like Chris Hardwick’s 2016 special, but it was shot at the Masonic Lodge in Los Angeles this past October.

“You Let Me Down” is DeRosa’s third special in a career peppered with acting, directing, writing and all three at once. DeRosa’s been around, first as a major force in the 2011 ensemble short “Cheat” and later as a co-author with the same group on a 2012 book based on the movie. Also acting on “Better Call Saul”, “Louie” and “Inside Amy Schumer” and helming the podcast “We’ll See You in Hell”, the comedian’s beloved for his argumentative social observations and storytelling style, like an adopted Italian-American raised Bill Burr. And other comics love and respect the hell out of him.

“You Let Me Down” will be promptly added to cc.com and the app as of February 4th.
