Fallon said he pulled a hammy on his last joke so he tagged out with Leno who delivered monologue jokes about the eleciton getting jabs in at Ralph Nader, Hillary Clinton, Marco Rubio, Bernie Sanders, the Bushes, even the Kardashians snuck their way in to election talk.  Leno moved on to some “the economy is so bad jokes” until Fallon jumped back on stage to wind up the monologue with him, and invited Jay to hang around, but Leno said he had to run, he was expected over at Colbert.

Leno hosted the Tonight Show from 1992 to 2009, and then again from 2010 until Jimmy Fallon took over in 2014.

This was Leno’s second appearance on the Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, he appeared as a guest last Fall.
