James Rebhorn (1948 – 2014)

James Rebhorn, the character actor who recently was seen as the father of Claire Danes’ troubled CIA officer Carrie Mathison on the Showtime drama Homeland, has died. He was also part of the TV series “White Collar” on USA Network. His film work included The Scent of a Woman, Independence Day, The Game, Meet the Parents and The Talented Mr. Ripley to name a few. He was 65.
