NYC has everything….except a giant floating donut. But that could all change. NYC could soon be getting its own carnival-esque attraction to rival skywalks like the one in Chicago. If the proposal is accepted, the ‘donut’ will be suspended between two towers, several hundred feet above Grand Central Station, and move up and down to allow for changing views of New York City.
