Even though NBC says it doesn’t pay for interviews, reports are that behind the scenes, NBC producers are trying to score the Tot Mom a book deal in exchange for appearing on the network. If they would just wait this one out a little bit, they could probably score her for a 4-pack of wine coolers and a Applebee’s gift card.
