Inside Amy Schumer S4 Writers Announced and Look Who Got a Promotion!
Now that Amy Schumer has gone Hollywood with a big movie salary a book deal, and press up the wazoo is she too cool for her own show? Absolutely not. Today Schumer posted on twitter the excitement of getting started on Season 4 on Inside Amy Schumer. She posted some photos from the writers room, and announced that Season Four’s writers include Kim Caramele, Kyle Dunnigan, Daniel Powell, Claudia O’Doherty, Jessi Klein, Mike Lawrence, Christine Nangle and Grace Edwards.
For those wondering what happened to the adorable pot smoking Emmy celebrating Kurt Metzger, well his name is absent from that list because he got a big time promotion to producer for season four, along with a raise. Kurt’s been keeping busy. Just last week we peeked in at New York’s The Stand comedy club to find a giant camera crew following Kurt around for a pilot he’s shooting with Monroe Martin and Annie Lederman, and he’s also written for IFC’s Benders, and Comedy Central’s digital series Lucky Loser which stars Big Jay Oakerson.
As far as Inside Amy Schumer, no official release date has been set yet but seasons one through three all premiered in April of their respective years, so you’ve probably still got six months before you can watch the as-yet-unwritten season four.
