Hungerthon 2017 Invites You to Bid on a Chance to CoHost With Bennington, Jim and Sam, Jenny McCarthy, Jason Ellis, Andy Cohen and More

SiriusXM announced today its participation with WhyHunger’s Hungerthon 2017. The online auction will take place now through Wednesday, December 13.

For the ninth consecutive year, many of SiriusXM’s music, talk and sports channels will participate in WhyHunger’s annual Hungerthon campaign by helping to promote WhyHunger’s auction of rare memorabilia and experiences donated by popular musicians, athletes and celebrities.

WhyHunger is a non-profit organization founded by the late Harry Chapin and led by executive director, Noreen Springstead. It is a leader in the fight against the root causes of hunger and poverty in the United States and around the world.

Participants in the auction for WhyHunger’s 32nd annual Hungerthon will be able to bid on an opportunity to sit in during SiriusXM shows with Jenny McCarthy, Andy Cohen, Hoda Kotb, Sway Calloway, Ron Bennington, Jim Norton & Sam Roberts, Christopher “Mad Dog” Russo, Jason Ellis, the Morning Mash Up and opportunities to record guest DJ sessions on Grateful Dead, Turbo, Pearl Jam and ‘80’s on 8; as well as the opportunity to spend a day at a NFL training camp.

Hungerthon auction items also include a trip and tickets to see The Killers and Kaskade; autographed guitars from Neil Diamond, Weezer, Zac Brown, Alice Cooper; tickets to Phish, Jimmy Buffett; tickets to meet and see Willie Nelson, Brian Setzer Orchestra and the 2018 Daytona 500; lunch with Marky Ramone and much more.
