Google Maps Will Soon Have Advertisements

Google Maps, the leading app for finding locations, is about to add advertisements. Much like other map apps, Google will begin selling virtual real estate so that when you search for a fast food restaurant or a convenience store, the logo of the company search will pop up onto the physical map inside the app. Google will also be adding pop ups underneath the location’s information. So now you can get three dollars off toilet paper AND make it to the doctor on time, all in one place.
