A British inventor has created ‘Lick Me, I’m Delicious’ ice cream, a twist on the cold treat that makes it glow-in-the-dark. Scientists were able to synthesize the luminescence protein from jellyfish which interacts with the pH levels on the human tongue which give it a glowing appearance. The ice cream goes for $220, so expect the wealthiest foodies/pot heads to be the ones indulging in it.
