George Lucas Is Not Involved With Indiana Jones 5

David Koepp, the writer who penned Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, will be back to write Indiana Jones 5 (as will Harrison Ford), but he told Collider that Lucas is not involved with the story for IJ5. “He’s not, to my knowledge. I’ve had no contact with him.”

Well hope you’re happy, you’ve cut Lucas out of another one of his beloved franchises. Why don’t you just steal his wife while you’re at it?

I grew up watching these movies and would sit through as many geriatric Harrison Ford iterations that they come out with once they hit cable. That being said, I could give a shit about Lucas but the guy that wrote the Crystal Skull script should have been shot into the side of a building out of a cannon. Not got the nod to write the next script.

Stoops Crystal Skull was a huge disappointment.  This will set up a “new” Indiana and use Harrison Ford as Sean Connery was.  I hope to hell they use someone other than Shia Leidiot as his son.
