Free Soundgarden Web Concert on CBS

Soundgarden stopped by the Late Show with last night to play an hour-long set in promotion of their new album, King Animal. Never mind the weird Disney-monorail-announcer-esque intro. It’s a free Soundgarden concert and the quality is amazing!

Why are they dressed like it’s 27 degrees?

@RN Eric Yes. My expectations are extremely low for Soundgarden to begin with yet they still manage to not meet them. These cocksuckers have one great album and they can’t play a single song off it in an hour long concert? The new material just sounds like Cornell’s terrible solo CDs but with dropped D tuning.

Why all the hate?  It’s pretty good.  If you don’t like it, it’s not being forced down your throat.  Well, except for the commercials every half hour, but still.  Go listen to Superunknown or Down On The Upside if this isn’t your thing.
