Firing a Lousy Coach Rarely Brings Wins

When your team is losing, everyone wants to fire the coach to get the team back on the right track. If only that worked, it would be great. A study led by a political scientist at University of Colorado, Boulder says athletic directors should think twice before firing losing coaches. Not only does tossing a coach rarely help, it can make things worse, according findings published in Social Science Quarterly. Ah shit.
