Finally the End of the American Office!?

Could the Office run finally be over!? Paul Lieberstein (Toby) is stepping down as executive producer-showrunner. He is expected to lend a hand while he preps the potential spin off series starring Rainn Wilson. John Krasinski, Ed Helms, Jenna Fischer and B.J. Novak have no deals beyond this season. Mindy Kaling, has a pilot in the running at Fox. James Spader is leaving. You may have heard that Steve Carrel hasn’t been on the show for a year. On the good news side, Creed is staying. Creed will ride this bastard down.

It would be a mercy-killing!  the Office has been like watching your kid-touching uncle try to seduce your alcoholic aunt who tried to kiss you with her Pall-Mall breath while you were trying to breath life into a sit-com that should have been cancelled YEARS ago!
FUCK IT!  The Brits have it right….less (like 2 year seasons and OUT) is MORE!::-)
    PS – Kony2012 is HACK…ok – i’ m done

95 % of this cast will not be seen or heard from again, but can retire nicely  like loretta swit, rhea perlman, and others.

This is about 5 years overdue. Once Jim and Pam got together the show went down the toilet.

Where’s Creed’s spinoff? Clearly he’s the best character

I fell 4 episodes behind this season and I don’t care. That used to not happen

I hear they are replacing all the characters with Ashton Kutcher…That’s going to be awesome and watchable

It went from witty and quirky to predictable and dumb in a very short period of time.

Even though it’s getting stale it’s still funnier than 99% of sitcoms on TV right now.

just the fact that we call it the “american” office proves that shows suck level. for example, noone says american shameless but everyone says american x factor.

Probably because the non-american versions of X factor and the office are more well known than than the non-american version of shameless.
