This week Eugene Mirman’s parking ticket rebellion made its way around the internet, but that’s old news. What’s happening now is the release of his latest special on Netflix, Vegan on His Way to the Complain Store.

Directed by Bobcat Goldthwait, the special was taped April 10th at Old Tucson Studios in Tucson Arizona. It is Mirman’s third stand up special.

Mirman is a Russian-born American comedian and writer, best known for playing the voice of “Gene” in Fox’s hit animated series Bob’s Burgers. He is also known for his role in the television series, Delocated, and made regular appearances on Flight of The Conchords. He has released 3 comedy albums as well as a parody-ish self-help book, The Will to Whatevs.

The special was produced by Comedy Dynamics, the largest independent comedy production and distribution company in North America. “We had a great time working on this project and we know the audience will love it!” says Brian Volk-Weiss, President of Comedy Dynamics.
