Edward Snowden’s Father Has Conditions For His Son’s Return

The father of NSA leaker Edward Snowden has sent the Attorney General a list of conditions that he thinks will convince his son to return to America. Snowden’s dad hasn’t spoken with him, but wants to work out a deal for his son with the Justice Department. The conditions include no detention or imprisonment prior to trial, no gag order, and allowing Edward Snowden to choose the venue for the trial. He also wants his son to keep all his frequent flyer miles for the trips from Hawaii to Hong Kong to Russia and back to the U.S.
