Edie Falco Supports Louis CK

Edie Falco, who starred in Louis CK’s streaming series “Horace and Pete,” and Louis’ unreleased movie “I Love You Daddy” told Vulture magazine that Louis C.K. deserves another chance. She believes that his admission to his behavior and admitting it was wrong made him worthy of redemption. “People who are committed to becoming aware of what they’ve done and changing, they can be our strongest proponents in an issue like this,” she said.

Although she didn’t want to analyze what Louis was trying to achieve with the film, she felt that it was about a father realizing that ultimately your kids are the most important thing in your life, and you have no control over them. “Everything you do [as a parent] is wrong. If you do too much, it’s wrong. If you do too little, it’s wrong. All that shit.”

She also admitted that she was sad that C.K.’s movie has not been released. “I know that he worked very hard on it,” she told Vulture.  She said it was incredible that he shot the film and was ready to release it so quickly, “which is incredible when you see all the bullshit that goes on between the end of a movie and when it’s released.”
