Denver-based comedy troupe The Grawlix has announced that they’re throwing a charity event this December that promises to be filled to the brim with killer local and national acts. The group — which consists of founding members Adam Cayton-Holland, Andrew Orvedahl and Ben Roy — is hosting the event at The Bug Theatre in Denver, where they used to host monthly showcase events. All proceeds from the one-night only show, which takes place on Friday, December 23rd, will go to the Mental Health Center of Denver.

This will be the first big show that the trio has performed in Denver since their pilot, Those Who Can’t, was picked up last year. The show, which centers on a group of dysfunctional friends who all (barely) teach at a local high school, debuted on truTV in October 2015. The show’s been well received, with a second season premiering just last month. Member Adam Cayton-Holland founded Denver’s High Plains Comedy Festival, which began in 2013; High Plains Comedy will be hosting the charity event at The Bug next month as part of a larger effort to produce events year-round.

While a lineup for the event hasn’t been announced just yet, the Grawlix boys have been known to pull in big local names like Dan Soder, T.J. Miller, Josh Blue, Rob Gleeson and Dave Ross for their holiday shows in the past. Tickets for the show, which takes place on December 23rd at The Bug Theatre, cost $12 and can be purchased online.
