‘The Daily Show’ Welcomes Correspondent Michael Kosta
The Daily Show with Trevor Noah’s “Best F#@ing News Team” has just added a new member to its ranks: comedian Michael Kosta.
Kosta is a longtime comic who has performed all over, from Just For Laughs to the stages of late night staples like Conan and The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. He’s had various other TV gigs in the past, such as hosting duties on shows like The Comment Section and The Soup Investigates. He’s currently the host of the popular podcast Worst Birthday, in which he interviews other comics and learns about their worst birthday experiences. Kosta released his first comedy album, Comedy for Attractive People, back in 2015, and shot a “Comedy Central Presents” half hour in 2011. Kosta’s first appearance is set to be a desk segment on tonight’s episode. The Daily Show with Trevor Noah airs at 11 p.m. ET/PT Monday — Thursday on Comedy Central.
