Iowa Representative Rod Blum decided that during a Congressional hearing he would use the last of his allotted minutes to ask Linda McMahon why it took John Cena so long to propose to Nikki Bella. He then asked how the WWE was able to pay The Undertaker when he was a declared dead man and why they knowingly let Papa Shango run wild and perform voodoo on other wrestlers.
