Conan O’Brien is once again going where no late night host has gone before. In March, he aired his special “Conan In Cuba”. His trip made him the first late night host to travel to Cuba since Jack Paar. Team Coco is doing it again, but this time in San Diego.

According to Deadline, this July, Conan will be the first late night show host to broadcast from Comic Con. Conan made the announcement on his show saying that his week of shows will feature guests and comedy all centered around “the magic of Comic Con”. There were a couple of skeptics that couldn’t believe it when Conan told his audience the news.

Another first for Conan, is that to coincide with San Diego Comic-Con International and its schedule of events, the show will change up its schedule and run brand new episodes July 8th through July 11th. That includes new episodes on both Friday and Saturday that week. Usually “Conan” airs new episodes Monday through Thursday of any given week.
