Did Spike Lee make a vampire movie on Kickstarter? Technically, I don’t think the trailer ever says definitively “vampire”. It’s inspired by Ganja & Hess about a doctor with a thirst for blood. But let’s be honest, this seems like a vampire movie. But it looks like a pretty cool one, and who doesn’t like to see Spike Lee embracing his weirdness, and Bruce Hornsby is a pretty interesting choice for composer.
