Comics Showing Their Love for Cubs

Grandfather to the Comedy world, Bob Newhart has been a lifelong Cubs fan, born and raised. Self-deprecating about the team as he can be in his comedy, saying the Cubs are like life “You don’t know what it’s going to be, but you know you’re bound to screw it up.” But his Twitter account (and who doesn’t love an 87 year old on Twitter) has become one of the most delightful accounts to keep an eye on during the season. On it, he’s been displaying his unbridled love for the team. He’s been flying the “W” all season, with that big Newhart smile and Cubs cap for luck.
