Comedy Pilot Starring Ken Marino, Casey Wilson Picked Up by NBC

THR is reporting that NBC has picked up a pilot for Marry Me, a comedy starring Ken Marino (“Eastbound & Down”, “Party Down”) and Casey Wilson (“Happy Endings”). The cast also includes Sarah Wright, John Gemberling, Tymberlee Hill and Tim Meadows. Marino and Wilson’s characters Annie and Jake have been dating for six years. Just as Jake’s about to pop the question, Annie gives him hell for his inability to commit, and comedy ensues.
Writer David Caspe (“Happy Endings”) and director Seth Gordon (“The Goldbergs”) serve as executive producer with Jamie Tarses (“Men at Work”).
