Colorado lawmakers are talking about a plan that would require stores to keep all magazines about pot behind the counter like they do with porn magazines. A lawyer for “High Times” magazine called the idea “patently unconstitutional”. And then added, quit saying “all marijuana magazines”, we know you’re only talking about us.
