Check Out the Trailer for Christina Pazsitzky’s Netflix Special “Mother Inferior”

Comedian Christina Pazsitzky, a.k.a. The Main Mommy or The Water Champ, has her first Netflix special coming to the platform on October 10th. Called Christina P: Mother Inferior, the new special seems to capture Pazsitzky’s comedy persona well: intelligent, plainly honest, and split between being lovably silly and thought-provoking. Pazsitzky is a comedy vet, and this special has been a long time coming, so this one is not to be missed. The pros and cons of pregnancy, the likelihood of being born a Snooki rather than a Beyonce, life growing up with a mentally ill mother and emotionally-cold father: In this outing, Pazsitzky covers it all.

Pazsitzky’s story is an interesting one. She got into comedy after her stint on MTV’s Road Rules, writing for animated projects and on National Lampoon’s TV: The Movie. From there, she’s held a series of writing and commentary jobs for shows like Chelsea Lately, World’s Dumbest, How to Be a Grown Up and more. In 2015, she was the narrator of the comedy documentary “Can We Take a Joke? “. While she’s been a respected stand-up and writer for years, she’s mostly found her fame through her massively popular podcast Your Mom’s House, which she co-hosts with husband and fellow comedian Tom Segura. That show has launched her and Segura into internet stardom, amassing a huge following of fans in recent years, netting them millions of YouTube views and over 75,000 subscribers on the site. The success of that podcast also led Pazsitzky to start her own solo podcast, a philosophy discussion show called That’s Deep Bro.
