Grammy winner Carrie Underwood is back singing the introduction to Sunday Night Football for the new 2014 season. This year, her version includes 11 NFL stars which make up for 44 Pro Bowl selections, five Super Bowl rings, three Super Bowl MVP trophies and eight first-round draft picks.

The new show opener featuring Carrie’s “Waiting All Day For Sunday Night” will debut on Sunday, September 7th before NBC’s broadcast of the Indianapolis Colts at the Denver Broncos. The 11 NFL players involved in the open are Seattle Seahawks QB Russell Wilson, San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick, New York Giants QB Eli Manning, New Orleans Saints TE Jimmy Graham, Green Bay Packers LB Clay Matthews, Philadelphia Eagles RB LeSean McCoy, Carolina Panthers LB Luke Kuechly, Chicago Bears WR Brandon Marshall, San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers, Dallas Cowboys DE DeMarcus Ware and Denver Broncos QB Peyton Manning who despite rumors obviously is willing to show his face on TV again after last season’s Super Bowl.

Carrie Underwood is also doing a special version for Super Bowl XLIX on February 1, 2015 which will also air on NBC.
