You Can Now Be Suspended By ESPN For Defending Evolution
Ah, yes, it’s ESPN: The Worldwide Leader In Suspensions. Whether it’s funny billboards or giving your opinion on Roger Goodell, ESPNers have no idea what benign comment will disturb the bugs entrenched up the asses of their meddling management. Baseball writer Keith Law is reportedly the latest to incur the wrath of Bristol’s overzealous ban-hammer.
Sources have told Deadspin that Law was suspended for defending evolution from Curt Schilling. The former Red Sox pitcher decided to take to Twitter last week to show he knows as much about science as he does running a video game company (if you’re not familiar with that story, Google it for a fun read). Law, being an upright and educated ape descendant, decided to try and rescue Charles Darwin from this senseless beating. Unfortunately, Bristol brass felt his trying to educate a Neanderthal was offensive, so he has reportedly been suspended since Wednesday and will return after the weekend. Shilling, however, is still free to tweet dumb shit.
Speaking of missing links, Mike Golic was able to tweet his bare ass Friday morning, and so far no backlash from the suits.

@fknIrked @IRaiseUFacts @CharlieRDaley Hey clown, why don't apes still evolve into humans if that was the path? Why doesn't ANY..

@fknIrked @IRaiseUFacts @CharlieRDaley creature evolve into another creature entirely, if we all came from one organism?
— Curt Schilling (@gehrig38) November 13, 2014
Settle in and listen to this world changing mind, he's eccentric and awesome, you have to rethink your world. https://t.co/Lf7FMjh00D

@MauryCompson @rlbradley It isn't. We didn't evolve from another creature, never happened and no one earth can prove that it did
— Curt Schilling (@gehrig38) November 12, 2014
@applextree You mean the facts behind creation?
— Curt Schilling (@gehrig38) November 12, 2014
@zoowithroy post a link to it, to ANY fossil that is between the amphibian and a fly, mosquito, Elephant, Rhino, Human, Snake, anything..
— Curt Schilling (@gehrig38) November 13, 2014
@gehrig38 @zoowithroy There are hundreds of transitional fossils on record, Curt. http://t.co/cmTiqzhtC5

Seriously, if someone says evolution is wrong because there aren't fossils between monkeys and men, find a monkey and hit him with it.
— keithlaw (@keithlaw) November 13, 2014
No, I won't. Science is infinitely more important. “@toddhampton: @keithlaw Getting into science now huh? Stick to baseball.”
— keithlaw (@keithlaw) November 13, 2014
@mro60 I haven't criticized or questioned anyone's faith. I oppose anti-science, that's all.
