Bill Murray Fills Us In on Details of Some Infamous Bill Murray Stories

Bill Murray was on Letterman last night, and his appearance was as epic as they always are. He came on to talk about his new movie St. Vincent, but interrupted Dave’s questions because he forgot he was supposed to start training for the New York Marathon.

Once all that running was out of the way, Bill talked some Ghostbusters 3, with a little help from the audience. He isn’t a big fan of sequels, but if Ghostbusters 3 is all female, he’d go watch that in a second.  He’d cast Emma Stone, Melissa McCarthy, Linda Cardellini.   He also thinks all the Parks and Recreation women are  very funny, like Amy Poehler, and Rashida Jones.  He loves Kristin Wiig too but stops short when the audience calls out Betty White.

Later Bill addressed three infamous Bill Murray stories like the wedding toast he gave for strangers, celebrating his birthday with strangers, and being in an Oakland cab, and ending up driving the cab driver to Sausalito with a sax playing cab driver.
