Australia’s ‘Aunty Donna’ Comedy Group Holding Reddit AMA Before North American Tour

The boys behind one of Australia’s biggest comedy groups, Aunty Donna, have announced that they will be embarking on an 11-stop North American tour beginning on May 31st. The group has previously performed at London’s Soho Theatre and has done multiple stints at Scotland’s Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and now hopes to bring their surreal brand of sketch comedy to audiences in cities like New York, Toronto and San Francisco.

The team consists of writers/actors Mark Samual Bonanno, Broden Kelly and Zachary Ruane, writer/director Sam Lingham, director/editor Max Miller, and sound designer/composer Tom Armstrong. Together, they’ve created various sketch comedy series and one-offs, including the award-winning 1999 and the most recent Ripper Aussie Summer. They are tremendously funny, they’re great guys, and they have a popular YouTube account which has garnered the crew over 20 million views and counting.

In preparation for their trip to North America, the group will be performing an AMA on Reddit on Thursday, May 11th at 9 p.m. ET, which you’ll be able to find on the sites AMA board. In the meantime, you can check out more info on show dates and ticket prices on Aunty Donna’s website.
