Australian Restaurateur Wants To Get Rid Of The Word “The”

Paul Mathis, an Australian restaurant owner, says it’s time to get rid of the word “The” and replace it with the symbol “Ћ.” He feels the combination “T” and “h” is needed for convenience, the same way the the ampersand (&) symbol is used for the word “and”. Before this, no one realized it was the “e” that was slowing down writing “the” so much.
