Armisen, Hader and Meyers Bringing Fake Docs To IFC

Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, and Seth Meyers are bringing a mockumentary series to IFC, next year. American Documentary (a working title) is “a curated series of half-hour documentaries and biopics, each about a completely fictitious subject,” including made-up politicians, artists, executives, and cultural touchstones. There’s a strong possibility the first subject will be Ian Rubbish and the Bizzaros.
